James and Eleanor Randall, the philanthropists who earlier this year bought the Liongate estate in Bel-Air for $46.25 million, have listed their spread in Bradbury for sale at $13.5 million.
Made up of two homes on two parcels, the property encompasses nearly 6 acres in the gated San Gabriel Valley community.
Set behind stately iron gates, hedges and fences is a 6,428-square-foot ranch-style house built in 1962. The remodeled single-story home has an open floor plan, beamed ceilings and French doors. There are four fireplaces, a formal living room, a family room off the kitchen, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The grounds include a tennis court, a swimming pool, a three-stall barn, a two-bedroom guesthouse, expanses of lawn and mature trees.
The second house, with 2,613 square feet of interior space, contains three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A wisteria-covered veranda overlooks its swimming pool. The four-stall barn has two offices.

James H. Randall sold Allfast Fastening Systems, an aerospace rivet manufacturer, last year for $360 million, according to buyer TriMas Corp.
