Resource Network Leasing Inc., a Ventura-based provider of employee administrative services, is expanding its operations into Central and Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Colorado.

Resource uses economy of scale to control its clients’ costs in human resource management, including workers’ compensation, medical benefits and legal fees.
