E for M Corp.: The Irvine cardiology company, formerly known as Enhanced Imaging Technologies Inc., said it lost $1.6 million, or 27 cents a share, for the second quarter, contrasted with a profit of $300,000, or 5 cents a share, for the corresponding 1993 quarter. Revenue increased to $40 million from $12.5 million. The company attributed the revenue gain to an acquisition completed in May. The net loss for the six-month period totaled $1.5 million, or 25 cents a share, contrasted with a profit of $418,000, or 7 cents a share, for the same period of 1993. Revenue rose to $52.8 million from $22.8 million.
