Man Shot to Death in Spring Valley

San Diego County sheriff’s deputies were investigating the shooting death of a man in Spring Valley on Wednesday night.
Deputies said they responded about 8:20 p.m. to a report of a shooting in the 2400 block of Sweetwater Road and found a man who had been shot once in the chest. He was taken to Mercy Hospital, where he died, officials said.
