Police Training

In my opinion it is absurd for the U.S. State Department to allocate $200,000 to send Los Angeles Police Department personnel to Argentina to train the police in the city of Cordoba. If the nation of Argentina is as anxious as it seems to improve its police operations, then it should absorb the cost of such a program, not the U.S. taxpayers.
