US Facilities Corp. Changes Unit’s Name

US Facilities Corp. said the name of its Massachusetts Plate Glass Insurance Co. subsidiary has been changed to USF Re Insurance Co. to more appropriately reflect its new business.
USF entered the reinsurance business at the end of 1986 with capital from the proceeds of a public offering of US Facilities’ stock.
Costa Mesa-based US Facilities conducts its business through two subsidiaries, USF Re Insurance and US Benefits Inc.
