Las Vegas: Summer of concerts begins Sunday on Fremont Street

A summer’s worth of free concerts at the Fremont Street Experience will kick off Sunday when the band Theory of a Deadman takes the stage.
Throughout the summer months, the downtown Las Vegas venue will feature 10 shows during its “Rock of Vegas” series. They include:
- June 8: Hinder
- June 29: Summerland Tour 2013 Alternative Guitars, featuring Everclear, Live, Filter and Sponge
- July 4: Three Days Grace
- Aug. 17: Third Eye Blind
- Aug. 31: Puddle of Mudd
All concerts begin at 9 p.m.
The five-block-long Fremont Street Experience is a pedestrian mall featuring Viva Vision, a 1,500-foot canopy that incorporates one of the world’s largest video screens.
