New York City: Rooms as little as $100 a night during Hotel Week
- Share via
Hotel Week NYC lasts longer than a week, and so do the discounted room rates. Some of the city’s top hotels cut nightly room prices as low as $100 for those who visit in January, usually the slowest time of the year. But is Manhattan ever really that slow?
The deal: Twenty-four hotels are participating in the second Hotel Week NYC. Trendy Gansevoort hotels in the Meatpacking District and Park Avenue offer rates at $250 a night. The real deals are the $100 rooms at two Pod hotels, nyma in Herald Square and the Cosmopolitan Hotel Tribeca. (Prices don’t include tax.)
When: The offer is good for stays Jan. 4-20, subject to availability.
Tested: I checked availability for the Cosmopolitan and found a $100 room with one double bed Jan. 13-17. You won’t find the deals on the hotel’s website; use the Hotel Week booking site for links, codes and phone numbers that guide you to the deal rates.
