11-11-11 deals: $11 off Skywalk at Grand Canyon West

11-11-11 deal stalkers, take note: The Skywalk glass bridge at Grand Canyon West will take $11 off a daylong ticket package until Friday. This is the bridge that stands 4,000 feet above the Colorado River and offers deep views of the canyon.
The deal: Don’t confuse this Hualapai Nation destination at the West Rim with Grand Canyon National Park, whose popular South Rim is about 250 miles away.
To walk on the bridge, visitors must purchase a Legacy Gold Package that usually costs about $81 plus tax for adults. It comes with a meal and shuttle service to three viewpoints at the canyon. The $11 discount applies to the package and selected lodge stays and rafting trips as well. Use the promo code “11 11 11” to get the deal online or by phone.
When: The offer is good now through Friday.
Details: I called and doublechecked that the ticket discount is good through Friday. Note too that visitors aren’t allowed to take any personal items -- not even a camera -- when walking out onto the bridge.
