A 12-day Sri Lanka tour, offered by Ceylon Express International, will focus on the festival and include other highlights, such as a tour of the capital city of Colombo, visits to an elephant orphanage and several World Heritage sites, plus a game drive.
Dates: Aug. 19-31
Price: From $3,495 per person, double occupancy, including accommodations, breakfast, transfers, tours and entrance fees. International airfare is not included.
