For first time since 2011, USC has an all-conference player

For the first time since 2011, the USC basketball team had a member named a first team all-Pac 12 selection. Point guard Julian Jacobs received the honor Monday.
Fellow point guard Jordan McLaughlin was an honorable mention, and forward Bennie Boatwright was an honorable mention for the all-freshman team.
For UCLA, no player was named to the all-conference team for the first time since 2012. Guard Isaac Hamilton made the second team.
Point guard Bryce Alford was an honorable mention.
Jacobs averaged 11.6 points per game, and his 5.4 assists per game led the conference.
The last Trojan to be named first team all-conference was Nikola Vucevic.
