Football: Another six-touchdown night for QB Cristian Solano
- Share via
Whatever passing records still exist in the San Fernando High record book will surely be erased by season’s end, because senior quarterback Cristian Solano has been given the green light to pick apart defenses.
He has 12 touchdown passes in his last two games, including six touchdowns on Friday night in a 47-19 victory over Sun Valley Poly. He completed 23 of 33 passes for 435 yards. He also ran for 118 yards and one touchdown.
San Fernando is 3-0.
Valley Mission League rival Sylmar defeated Verdugo Hills, 83-42. Sophomore Clarence Williams passed for seven touchdowns and ran for another.
