Cross country: Loyola, Palisades win titles at Bell-Jeff Invitational

Loyola continued its early season domination in cross country on Saturday by winning the boys’ seeded competition at the Bell-Jeff Invitational.
Charlie Sherman of Loyola finished second to Desert Christian’s Andrew Mitchell in the individual competition.
In the girls’ race, Palisades won the team title. Freshman Sarah Bentley of Palisades finished second to Arroyo’s Lizette Castro of Arroyo.
