Baseball: Agoura wins National Classic

Sophomore Michael Weisberg struck out six in six innings to help Agoura (15-2) defeat IMG Academy, 8-3, on Thursday night in the championship game of the National Classic at Cal State Fullerton.
Joey Czarske went two for two as the Chargers proved that they need to be watched in Southern Section Division 1 this season.
They have been dominating in the Marmonte League, but the Chargers’ performance ought to help them finally get some votes in the Division 1 rankings.
