The Angus Third-Pounder debuted in 2009 and was discontinued in 2013. It came back for a limited time in 2015. Here the CBO (Cheddar Bacon Onion) burger is shown.

McDonald’s may have served billions and billions, but these menu items, ranging from gimmicky to outright failures, will likely never be served again.
The McSalad Shaker, billed as a commuter-friendly option, lasted from 2000 to 2003. Customers poured the dressing on top, closed the container, shook the cup and, ideally, evenly distributed the dressing.
