A car-to-car shooting Sunday afternoon near Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza left two men wounded, authorities said.
A gunman in a sport utility vehicle opened fire at three men in a gray minivan shortly before 5 p.m. near Crenshaw Boulevard and Stocker Street, Los Angeles Police Department Det. Gerald Harden told KTLA-TV Channel 5.
Two of the three men inside the van were struck by bullets and were hospitalized in stable condition, police said. The third man inside the van was not injured.
Police did not believe the men inside the minivan returned fire. It’s unclear what prompted the shooting.
