A 26-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a double stabbing on Labor Day near the Walk of Fame that left two people injured, police said Thursday night.
Danny Moreno, who lives in the Simi Valley area, was taken into custody Wednesday on suspicion of attempted murder, the Los Angeles Police Department said.
One of the victims was treated at a hospital after he was stabbed on Sept. 2 and released later that day. The second victim is still hospitalized in serious condition, according to the LAPD.
The attacks occurred in the 6700 block of Hollywood Boulevard.
Moreno was taken into custody by LAPD detectives who were assisted by agents from the FBI and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, as well as Simi Valley police.
