Gang detectives seek suspect in three stabbing attacks

Gang detectives in Los Angeles County were seeking the public’s help Wednesday night in tracking down a man wanted in connection with three stabbing attacks.
Alfred Tapia, 34, allegedly stabbed a relative in Pico Rivera on Dec. 3, leaving the victim with life-threatening injuries, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Tapia is suspected of attacking a friend with a hammer in Whitter two days later and then slashing the victim multiple times with a knife, department officials said.
And on Dec. 6, Tapia is believed to have stabbed another family member in Chino, according to authorities.
