Kids’ Choice Awards get grown up with Pitbull, Kesha, Aguilera

Rapper and record producer Pitbull may be known for his videos featuring sexy ladies sipping vodka, lots of partying and the eternal promise of something nasty right around the corner, but now he’s bringing the fun to the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.
Pitbull (real name Armando Perez) will be joined by Christina Aguilera and Kesha for their first-ever Kids’ Choice Awards performances. Pitbull has had hits like “I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho),” but he’s cleaning it up a little for the kiddies. He’ll be performing “Feel This Moment” with Aguilera.
Meanwhile, Kesha will be performing her hit “C’mon” for the kids, which features references to underage drinking and perhaps a little frisky business in the moonlight that no one’s going to regret later.

Will Pitbull, Kesha and Aguilera also get covered in green slime? Or are the Kids’ Choice Awards too grown up for that these days?
The awards will be hosted by Josh Duhamel (the guy who’s not Shia LaBeouf in the “Transformers” movies) at the USC Galen Center on Saturday, March 23. The awards are designed to honor kids’ favorites in the worlds of sports, music, TV and film and features such kid-centric categories as favorite cartoon and favorite video game.
While it’s unusual to have an awards show broadcast on a Saturday night, presumably the target audience is too young to be out and about with their friends, you know, getting frisky in the moonlight.
