Here comes the bride! It’s Jane’s (Gina Rodriguez) wedding day on the second-season finale of the campy comedy-drama “Jane the Virgin.” 9 p.m. KTLA

Airing on “Independent Lens,” the new documentary “Dogtown Redemption” profiles three people eking out meager livings by collecting recyclables on the mean streets of Oakland. 10 p.m. KOCE
