The Great British Baking Show: The contenders start the hour by preparing quick breads, which are made without yeast, 9 p.m. KOCE. In a second new episode the contestants make the French classic creme brulee. 10 p.m. KOCE
Killjoys: Dutch, John, D’avin (Hannah John-Kamen, Aaron Ashmore, Luke Macfarlane) and their pals grapple with unexpected complications during a rescue mission to the Badlands, where they run into an unforeseen enemy hiding in a supposedly abandoned mine. 9 p.m. Syfy
Dateline NBC: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. talks about the 1975 murder of Martha Moxley, for which his cousin, Michael Skakel, served 11 years in prison before his conviction was vacated. 10 p.m. NBC
Outcast: Patricia (Melinda McGraw) seeks out Kyle (Patrick Fugit) over her concerns when Rev. Anderson (Philip Glenister) embarks on a crusade to drive the demons out of Rome. 10 p.m. Cinemax
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives: Guy Fieri visits a multigenerational family restaurant in Los Angeles that brings in the authentic flavors of New Orleans with such customer favorites as gumbo and étouffée. 10 p.m. Food

SXSW Comedy With Natasha Leggero: Leggero (“Another Period”) hosts an all-star lineup of some of the current cream of the comedy crop in a two-part showcase filmed at this huge comedy festival in Austin, Texas. Featured comedians include Baron Vaughn, Andrew Santino, James Adomian, Emily Heller and Moshe Kasher. 10 p.m. Showtime

The Heiress: Olivia de Havilland won an Academy Award for best actress for her deeply felt performance as the repressed Catherine Sloper in this 1949 adaptation of Henry James’ “Washington Square.” Montgomery Clift is cast as the handsome fortune hunter who woos the homely but wealthy Catherine, unwittingly bringing her to a life-defining crossroads. 7 p.m. TCM
