Music: Concha Buika brings flamenco to Luckman Fine Arts Complex

Raised in Majorca, Spain, the vocalist Concha Buika traffics in a bewitching blend of flamenco, jazz and soul with a burnished quality reminiscent of the late Lhasa de Sela.
