SUNDAY

1944’s “To Have and Have Not” is the tale of an old rummy (Walter Brennan) who seeks an answer to the eternal question, “Was you ever bit by a dead bee?” There’s also some romantic nonsense involving Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall. (KCET, 9 and 11 p.m.)

MONDAY

How blue can you get? B.B. King is among the living blues-music legends featured on “In Performance at the White House.” And hi-de-hi-de-hi-de-hi, legendary jazzman Cab Calloway is remembered on “American Masters.” (KOCE, 9 and 10 p.m.)

TUESDAY

“American Experience” profiles Pennsylvania’s Amish, and on “Parenthood,” the family celebrates a momentous occasion in the season finale. (KOCE, 8 p.m.; NBC, 10 p.m.)

WEDNESDAY

Blimey! A bevy of beauties from across the Pond will challenge the lovely ladies of the good old U.S. of A. for supermodel supremacy on “America’s Next Top Model: British Invasion,” the latest edition of the Tyra Banks-hosted reality competition. (KTLA, 9 p.m.)

THURSDAY

Are you “Awake” — or are you still asleep? Perhaps this is all just a dream. Or maybe you’re just crazy. Such is the existential predicament a grieving police detective (“Harry Potter’s” Jason Isaacs) is faced with in this intriguing new drama. (NBC, 10 p.m.)

FRIDAY

Stanley Kubrick’s 1968 science-fiction fable “2001: A Space Odyssey” predicted what we now know to be true — computers want to kill us — while Peter Hyam’s 1984 follow-up “2010” confirmed that it’s hard to make a sequel to a masterpiece. (TCM, 8:30 and 11:15 p.m.)

SATURDAY
