Singer Nick Jonas has parted with his house in Hollywood Hills West for $3.4 million.
Set above the Sunset Strip, the gated compound is made up of a Mediterranean-style villa and a guesthouse.
The two-story main house was built in 1938 and has been updated. Old World details include beamed ceilings and a Juliet balcony.
The 3,175 square feet of interior space contains a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining room and a family room/home theater. There is a master suite, with high ceilings and another fireplace, for a total of four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
French doors open to gardens and patios revealing city views. A flagstone-surrounded swimming pool completes the grounds.
Jonas, 22, got his start as part of the pop-rock band the Jonas Brothers, which appeared in Disney Channel shows and movies. He later started his own group, Nick Jonas & the Administration, and last year released an album bearing his name. He hosted the 28th annual Kids’ Choice Awards last month.
The singer-songwriter-actor appears this year in the comedy-horror series “Scream Queens” and “Hawaii Five-O.”
The property previously sold in 2013 for $3.2 million.
Richard Klug and Matthew Isbell of Sotheby’s International Realty were the listing agents. Klug also represented the buyer.
