At long last, Chef Javier Sosa has arrived in Vegas, bringing with him the much-loved gourmet Mexican restaurant that made him famous in Southern California. A menu of regionally influenced homestyle Mexican specialties is featured, with grilled seafood, steaks, chicken and even a selection of vegetarian dishes. Chill by the monstrously huge curved bar that dominates the space, where you can choose from a selection of premium tequilas that is unrivaled outside of Mexico, or sip one of Javier’s famous hand-shaken made-to-order margaritas. Décor? Hot and cool, with carved wood and sheaths of beads, lots of whites and blacks, and spacious booths just right for watching the dazzling Vegas scene.
