Starting this summer, Dinner in the Sky Las Vegas will serve gourmet fare at great heights. For $290 a person, diners are strapped to their seats, hoisted 180 feet into the air and served a three-course meal paired with wines and panoramic views of the Strip. A maitre d’ will host eight seatings from 5 to 10 p.m., presiding over a pair of 7-ton tables with room for up to 22 guests. For those who need a little liquid courage, a lounge on the ground pours signature libations.
