It’s the biggest night in the CPO industry, a hugely influential event to honor the best programs both overall and in select categories. The 14th IntelliChoice Certified Pre-owned Awards were handed out in Scottsdale, Ariz., in November — the result of meticulous data-crunching that takes myriad factors into account.

The annual CPO Awards are highly competitive and widely credited with improving standards in many programs, said Eric Anderson, ownership database supervisor at IntelliChoice.

“IntelliChoice issues the industry’s only report card for certified pre-owned vehicles,” he said. “Many manufacturers develop their CPO programs using the IntelliChoice.com inspection and ranking criteria as benchmarks. We’re proud to be setting industry standards that result in better, safer, longer-lasting pre-owned vehicles.”
