College football: The Atlantic Coast Conference football standings in the Oct. 3 Sports section listed the University of Miami at 1-1 in conference play. Miami was 1-0 in conference play.
USC football: In the Oct. 3 Sports section, the USC football schedule listed the Dec. 4 game against UCLA as a home game. The game is a home game for UCLA at the Rose Bowl.
