Tedi Sarafian sells Hollywood Hills home for $1,627,000

Update: Screenwriter Tedi Sarafian has sold his renovated Normandy-style 1920s home in the Hollywood Hills for $1,627,000.
The ivy-covered two-story has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a formal dining room, a den with a fireplace, beamed ceilings and dark hardwood floors. French doors open to a side terrace and a covered back porch designed for al fresco dining and entertaining.
Sarafian, whose work includes a story credit on “Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines” (2003), bought the property in 2006 for $1.61 million, according to public records. The house came on the market in mid-January at $1,749,000.
The listing agent was Penelope P. Alexitch of Keller Williams Realty’s Sunset office. Sewit Eshetu of Keller Williams Realty, Beverly Hills, represented the buyer.
