Goldman Sachs: An article in Business on Wednesday about the effect of the new financial reform law on Goldman Sachs Group Inc. said Goldman executives advised analysts that the firm did not expect the law to cost it any revenue. In fact, the executives said the firm did not expect a significant loss of revenue.
Mazda car review: A review of the 2011 Mazda2 subcompact in Thursday’s Business section said the Toyota Yaris, whose mileage is rated at 36 miles per gallon highway and 29 mpg city, is the most fuel-efficient vehicle in the 2011 subcompact class. The 2011 Ford Fiesta has the highest rating for subcompacts at 40 mpg highway and 29 city.
Huntington’s disease: In Tuesday’s Sports section, Bill Dwyre’s column on UCLA basketball Coach Ben Howland’s involvement with battling Huntington’s disease said Michael Levine is chairman of UCLA’s neurology department. Levine is chairman of the university’s neuroscience graduate program.
Hotel bargains: An article in the Aug. 8 Travel section on summer hotel bargains misspelled the last name of Internet expert Bob Diener as Denier.
