Americans in Vogue? How sad

Mark Olsen argues that the American edition of Vogue is the most influential fashion magazine in the world, (“The Depths of Fashionista Anna Wintour,” Sept. 6), which, if true, is rather sad given that Americans are the most obese and arguably the worst-dressed nation in the developed world.
