Irresponsible! You must not have children or don’t read your own paper. Inviting students to Cancun and Cabo in your article (“Breaks for Spring Break,” March 1) while the next day a Times front-page headline is “Drug War Casts Its Shadow Over a Spring Break Mecca” is embarrassing for you.
We’ve been telling our freshman to tell her friends about the dangers in case they have been so busy cramming for midterms that they have not been reading the almost daily accounts of the drug cartels.
You should take the time to read your own paper.
