Man is slain by in-laws, police say

Egyptian officials say a Muslim man has been killed by members of his wife’s Christian family who broke into his house and opened fire.
Officials with the police and in the prosecutor’s office said that the man’s wife and daughter were injured in the attack.
The officials say members of the family of the wife, Mariam Khilla became enraged after she converted to Islam and married Ahmad Salah, who is Muslim.
Police are searching for the assailants.
