Dubai firm buys L.A. condo project

A 35-unit luxury condominium tower called 1200 Club View under construction in West Los Angeles has been sold for $65 million to Dubai-based Emaar Properties.
Emaar bought the development at Wilshire Boulevard and Comstock Avenue overlooking the Los Angeles Country Club from Fifield Cos. Emaar will continue to develop the 22-story high-rise in partnership with John Laing Homes, a Fifield representative said.
