Man Arrested After His Wife Is Found Dead

Police arrested Raul A. Vides, 39, on suspicion of killing his wife, Elsa P. Galindo, 40, early Wednesday.
A male caller had summoned police to his home in the 44000 block of Corte Sanchez, informing them that his wife had died at the residence.
Officers found the woman dead, lying on a bed with a gunshot wound to the back.
Vides was sitting on the bed next to the victim, holding a handgun, police said. He was taken into custody without incident.
