“Will a City in Search of a Symbol Find One in Its New Concert Hall?” (Commentary, Oct. 22) curiously missed the fact that the Walt Disney Concert Hall is a Los Angeles County facility representing all 88 cities and 134 unincorporated communities -- not merely the city of Los Angeles. Interestingly, the commentary quotes seven individuals on their opinions of the hall, and none of them represented L.A. County.
