‘Night’ work for L.A. Opera

Los Angeles Opera is planning to present New York City Opera’s production of Stephen Sondheim’s “A Little Night Music” in July, an opera spokesman said Friday.
It will be the company’s first summer production in its 18-year history. Casting and exact dates are under discussion. Jeremy Irons was the star in the New York production.
