Board OKs 4% Raises for County Employees

Supervisors denied themselves a raise, but approved average 4% pay hikes for about 2,000 county employees. Supervisors’ pay remains at $68,681 a year.
The board voted 4 to 1 on Tuesday to deny 4% raises for supervisors. Supervisor Shirley Bianchi voted for the raise.
