Fire at Mental Hospital Kills at Least 30 Patients

A fire believed to have been set by a psychiatric patient engulfed a mental hospital in the village of Randilovshchina, Belarus, killing 30 patients, officials said. One other of the 62 patients was listed as missing.
A spokeswoman for President Alexander Lukashenko said authorities suspected the blaze was caused by one of the victims, who had tried to burn the building twice before.
