Networks Are Denied Hearing in FCC Case

The 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia has denied a request by the major television networks to reconsider its decision to hear a dozen lawsuits challenging media ownership rules proposed by the Federal Communications Commission.
The networks sought to move the cases to appellate court in Washington.
