Screen return: In her first on-screen acting job since a TV movie in 1995, Oscar-winner Liza Minnelli will appear in several episodes of the Fox sitcom “Arrested Development,” premiering Nov. 2.
Man at work: Ozzy Osbourne, whose second solo album was titled “Diary of a Madman,” is at work on a musical about Russian mystic Rasputin. The heavy-metal singer-songwriter says he has finished writing the project and plans to start recording it at a new studio he’s building.
Cable show: After months of delays, former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura’s TV show, “Jesse Ventura’s America,” will debut at 4 p.m. Saturday on MSNBC.
