4.3 Temblor Felt From Bay Area to Capital

A moderate earthquake that was 4.3 in magnitude rattled the Northern California city of Santa Rosa early Sunday and was felt lightly in both San Francisco and Sacramento, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
The 12:09 a.m. jolt was centered one mile northeast of Santa Rosa and occurred at a depth of four miles, scientists said.
There was no reported damage or injuries.
