Lawyer to Discuss Anti-Terrorism Laws

A free lecture on the Patriot Act, which gives law enforcement new powers to track and arrest potential terrorists, and the pending Patriot Act II, which would add to those powers, will be presented by Citizens for Peaceful Resolutions and the Ventura College International Studies Program from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
