Buildings Flattened as Tornadoes Rake States

Tornadoes and severe storms leveled buildings and caused at least some injuries.
In Minnesota, a tornado hit Buffalo Lake, and a dispatcher with the Renville County Sheriff’s Department said there were minor injuries.
The town of Manchester, S.D., was “virtually leveled,” said a spokesman for Gov. Mike Rounds. No injuries were reported.
