Renewed: CBS has picked up 13 episodes of “Becker” for midseason, meaning both Ted Danson -- the star of the 4-year-old comedy -- and his wife, Mary Steenburgen, will be working for the network. She’s starring in the new series “Joan of Arcadia.”

Resigned: Elizabeth Harpel Kehler has resigned as executive director of American Ballet Theater in New York. She was the third person to serve in the post in the last three years. A successor was not immediately named.
