4 Kidnapped U.N. Staffers Are Released

Kidnappers released four U.N. staffers who were abducted last week while monitoring the border between Georgia and the breakaway Abkhazia region, a Georgian official said.
The official said that no ransom was paid to the kidnappers, who had demanded $3 million, and that they would not face criminal charges. He gave no more details of the agreement.
