City Sues to Stop Housing Development

The city of Los Angeles filed a lawsuit to block the 3,050-home Ahmanson Ranch Project, alleging that the development was approved without sufficient study of its impact on surrounding communities.
The suit asks Ventura County Superior Court to set aside an environmental study on the project and issue an injunction.
