Enron Faces Probe of Power Plant Role

Enron Corp. faces a probe for allegedly hiding its ownership in two Nevada cogeneration plants, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission said.
The commission already is investigating the energy trader’s control over wind-powered plants in California after complaints it charged excessive rates by hiding its ownership in those facilities.
