Venice Crossroads, a retail center developed by Irvine-based Crown Realty & Development, has been sold to a group of individual Los Angeles-area investors in a partnership called HOMA.
The principals did not disclose the sale price, but local real estate sources estimate that the 160,000-square-foot center at Venice and Robertson boulevards in Los Angeles traded for more than $40 million.
Major tenants include Ross, Albertson’s and Sav-On.
