Doctor Says Kerry’s Cancer Had Not Spread

A pathologist said Sen. John F. Kerry’s cancer had not spread beyond the prostate gland that was surgically removed.
Dr. Jonathan Epstein of Johns Hopkins Hospital released a report stating that a microscopic examination of tissues and structures near the prostate found the cancer had not spread.
Doctors have said Kerry -- a Massachusetts senator and Democratic presidential hopeful -- will not require radiation.
